945T Rusted steering rack lines-- anybody find a source? 900 1992

Hello All:

My '92 945T has sprung a leak in one of the two small diameter steel lines due to rust (the ones near the input shaft). Has anyone found a source for these lines? The rack works fine and I'd rather not have to replace it because of corrosion of external lines.

Any help would be appreciated on this-- it is leaking like a sieve and I need to get it fixed...
