245 roof rack, how to re attach? 200 1987

My roof rack has come loose from its mounting holes. I know there are parts available to remove it and plug the holes, but has anyone found the proper parts to replace the fastening hardware? Alternatives? Methods?
Thanks,
Doug
P.S. I know this is kinda sneaky, but I have my '88 240 Sedan for sale. Check out the classifieds. She's well used, and high miles, but I'd rather have it go to one of us who can either keep her on the road or glean the parts in a way thats due the respect and love we all give our Volvos!!! I'd do it myself, but, alas, time and space do not permit.
