245 hard starting after oil change 200

I just recently changed my oil. I put in the usual redline 5w-30 (3qts) and Lucas oil stabilizer (1qt). Now when she starts, she catches and then dies within seconds. She remains to do that for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, I'm playing with the gas pedal to see if it has any effect. So, what I thought was that maybe she was cold...so I plugged in her in-line coolant heater, no difference. Anyways, after playing with the gas pedal for awhile, she seems to start, idling a little rougher than usual. All problems go away, once warmed up, until she sits outside for a few hours in the cold. Has anyone had this problem? Anyway to fix it? or maybe cut the 10-15 minute startup in half?
