Flickering Check engine light at high RPM, Lousy cold idle too. 200 1989

Pulled an intermittant 231 code as well (O2 at part idle). Check engine light doesn't stay on thougth.

Car cold idles like crap with a flickering check light, bucks on cold acceleration until it warms up. Then when warm the light is out at idle but at highway speeds I still get a flickering check engine light and a miss/bog when revving out 2nd or 3rd when passing or entering the parkway.

I am running premium and have run a bottle of Techtron and a bottle of Lucas FI cleaner.

I have also replaced the FPR with a used one (No gss dripping or smell now), cleaned the TB, reset the TPS adjustments to spec, replaced flame trap, checked (Not completly) for vacuum leaks, cleaned the Idle valve and checked/tightened the fuses.

Would a faulty O2 cause a loss of top end acceleration? If so, Autozone 3 wire goes in this weekend.
