Electric or mechanical Speedo? 700 1987

dgltrader
1987 760 turbo wagon

Hi there,

As always this is THE place to get the info I need...thank goodness. I am gradually getting my 765 turbo the way I want it and have an opportunity to purchase an AutoMeter complete set of gauges...already use their fuel/air.

Anyway, I have bad weather here and have not been able to go to the boneyard to pull and look to see if the speedo is mech. or electric. in our stock panels.

A little fear about creating more problems on mine before I am ready to fix them all.

Please help asap, I cannot tell from the current set of photos on hand.

If I do get these it will make it easier to justify pulling things apart and doing a little custom work on the dash console.

Thanks in advance,

Dave
