Delayed Start (intermittent) 700 1990

I wanted to let you know that I did read the post by Williston on 12/13. My crank position sensor was replaced last year. I'll check this, but I don't think that's the problem because when the car does start, it turns over very quickly and starts right up. When it doesn't start, it sits there like it has a totally dead battery (doesn't turn over at all). When the car does start, again, the engine turns over very quickly... it doesn't start off slow as if the starter motor was experiencing a large amount of breakaway torque... Thank you.
