Weird stalling problem when stopped at lights. 25 amp fuse? 200

I developed this problem after flushing the power steering although they probably aren't related. I pulled the 25 amp fuse out so I could crank the engine and slowly flush the power steering fluid out. The next day after driving 40 minutes I stopped at a light and the car kinda stopped but did not stall. Like a hiccup. When I got to work I pulled the 25 amp fuse from the holder and re-inserted it. I tried to start the car and it would not start. The fuse holder contacts are a bit greenish. I tried cleening and re-inserting the fuse and the car started.

I went through the same thing this morning although after pulling the fuse I could hear the fuel pump relay buzzing. So I fiddle around with the fuse again and it started.

Could the Hiccup and the 25 amp fuse be related?
