Driveline vibration 700 1991

Hi,
My 91 740 turbo wgn 5sp now has a driveline vibration that confuses me. It occurs low speeds up to about 60 kph (35mph).
The old hanger bearing was howling so I changed it (new bearing & housing)& the rear u-jt. I marked everything (shafts, nuts & bolts) prior to disassembly.
The shaft runout prior was about 0.020". The runout after is 0.010".
There was no vibration prior.

Two things come to mind, the new rear u-jt was an absolute pig to fit. It just didn't want to seat. Lots of tapping & a stout c-clamp convinced it. The other is I sprayed some rubberized undercoating & hit one side of the driveshaft. A section maybe 12" X 1.5".

Nothing else was done.

Any help would be appreciated. It's driveable just annoying.
