for Self-Starters, Only 140-160

When I pick up the car, it needed a jump start. It would not start again if shut off.

I found the existing battery would not hold charge. REplaced it with a used, but good Interstate which keeps a charge at 12.67

Also attatched a battery charger to the battery and the starter still will not move the engine more than a resentful grunt.

The P.O> mentioned something about some relay behind the instrument panel which he thought is bad. What is behind there? My Haynes manual isn't very informative.
