High mileage - but is it a good deal? 200 1990

Found this 200 series ...http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=193542994&dealer_

with a 5 speed really close to me. It has 276K - pretty high miles, but a one owner.

Just want some opinions. The car has been well cared for and is in top shape. I have a bug for a 5 speed. It would be the second 200 series I would own.
