Maybe there is air stuck in there that won't let the water circulate. I read something on the board once that explains how to go about fixing problem in the 740 FAQ's i believe.

did you put it in right if it's unside down i believe they mention that as being a problem as well.

water pump works ?

Just a few thoughts from a board reader not much real nuts and bolts experience.
