Schitzophrenic Bulb failure light 200

Hello all,
Thank you to the all of you guys who helped me out with the trim! Question though....On my '91 244, my bulb failure light (on the dashboard cluster) has not gone off in the 8 months I've owned this car...Sometimes the light will blink in harmony with my right turn blinker (But not my left). And sometimes it flickers when I'm just driving, Sometimes it flickers to the bass of my subs. I've replaced every single bulb with the exception of the bulb that illuminates the fan speed. I never replaced that bulb on my '84, but the light never came on...Would it come on because of that light? Another thing that maybe might trigger the bulb failure light is the fact that my gas gauge doesn't work? What in god's name is the problem?!!?! I'm so tired of seeing this stupid light!!!
