Hiccup/ lost power when at stopped at lights AMM? 200 1988

I recently flushed the power steering but I'm afraid some may have got near or in
the AMM. The day after I started to have wierd stalling problems at lights. The car didn't die. This morning it did it again but when I went to drive I had no power it drove so slow. Yesterday I had disconnected the AMM and for got to plug it back in. When It drove slow today it drove the same like I had disconnected it.

I thought it might be the IAC so I disconnected it. The car runs nice but after about 2 mins it does the same again.

Thanks in advance

Chris
