Overheating Problem--Please help! 200

As an owner of an 84 B21A 244 I have a similar condition. My car runs hot, not reaching the red zone of the gauge, but close. I can take it on long trips and it will not reach the red but the under hood temp is noticeable. The temp level doesn't change from once it fully warms up. I will be changing my rad this spring as it I don't drive it in the winter. I have replaced the water pump(Hepa), thermostat(Volvo), and fully flushed the engine. No RTV was used. Heater works great!
