Power windows - checked voltages at switch, none apparent. 700 1990

My 2 rear windows are not working through either the driver's control or the door controls themselves. I removed one door panel and disconnected the switch harness (which was difficult). I tried to measure for voltage availabe to the switch, but found none. I've found information that the power windows all have connections through the driver's side switch. Would this cause there not to be 12V available to the switch? If so, I'll risk removing driver's door panel.

My guess is the driver's switch would be normally closed so that all other window switches work, but if the driver presses the switch, then switch would be open to prevent a short. So I should find 12V at the other switches.

If anyone has archived links about the pins on the switches or anything, I'd love that too.

Thanks,
Nathan
