Hi Jeff,
It's not that they are not available, it's that, beginning several years ago, we had a very hard time finding them.
As most have converted to B20's we don't get enough call for B18 parts to warrant searching very thoroughly.
Try Swedish Treasures 315-637-3840, RPR 800-81-VOLVO, your local dealership...your machinist may be able to match them up once he/she has the head.
Our Eric may have led you a bit astray in suggesting that you bolt a B20 head to your B18 block, it'd run but...
