744ti wont start

Its a 1989 744ti,
the last motor lost oil pressure and seized up so this is a "new" motor, and after putting it in the car, it has never ran.
Now heres the large list of things we have checked

Flywheel/hall sensor
spark
timing
injectors,
ignition relay is clicking
amm has been unplugged and tried to start
injecotrs are getting power
fuel pump relay

and some other things
We are at our wits end trying to get this thing running

Its using LH2.4 because the car was not originally turbo charged
