Heater problems still here S90-V90

On the link I sent you there is a circuit diagram for the system which includes the motor speed control. The motor speed is controlled by the electronic unit which is part of the heater control module in the dash which in turn sends a signal out to the power unit which controls motor speed. 12V power to the motor is from Fuse 11/28. I can think of no link between operation of the brakes and the motor speed. Strange condition???
