Alternator Adjusting Bracket 200

On my 1991 Volvo 240 the adjusting bracket for alternator is wrong, metal spacer is missing, the bolt goes through bushing to engine is missing too. It was not installed like in volvo manual. When I tight the belt the bracket arm blocks the alternator fan. Dealer could not help me for correct setup.
help me how many bushings,metal spacer?
