Radio swap 200 1985

My radio/ tapeplayer (CR-2170) had had it. Got another radio and it is a TD-3141. Was told it was from an 85 240 also, but now find it was originally for a 740.
Would like to put it in to get the digital tuner etc (and keep the stock look).
If this one does not work- anyone have the correct (microprocessor)radio or model number?
The old radio (CR-2170) had all the factory plugs but the TD-3141 has been cut.
Need help identifying these wires.Have looked in archieves, but get conflicting results on what each color is hooked to/for.
Black (thick)= Ground
Blue (fused)=
Yellow (fused)=
Green (fused)=
Red=
Black (thin)=
Grey=
Orange=

There also is a "din" plug with :
Red=
White=
Black=
Green=
Yellow=
Assume that this din goes to an Amp(?), and rear speakers, or is front amp needed (what model?)
Thanks, And Merry Christmas, Bruce
