Oil leak mess - Clogged flame trap 200 1993

My 1993 240 has sprung some oil leaks out of the oil filler cap and the oil pan (toward the passenger side rear). Classic clogged flame trap symptoms. I put my hand over the oil filler hole while the engine idled and I did feel some suction. I also blew into the oil separator box and the air blew threw easily. However, I did discover a partial clog on the flame trap nipple that gets connected to the intake manifold.

When I was replacing my temperature sensor I must have cracked and pinched that nipple - DOH. Anyway...it was not totally plugged, but I did feel a lot of restriction when I blew through it.

I replaced the flame trap and the filler cap gasket - easy enough.

Assuming this was the problem will the oil pan gasket leak stop on its own? Or did I hose the gasket.

Thanks
