When is enough, ENOUGH?

sounds like you have worked out a ton of stuff...why eat it now? this is a brick after all not a throw away car. the way I see it is you have a long check list of possible failure points and you have nixed a large number of those. my car was riddled with issues when i got it...and after about $2500 worth of work over 3 years it runs like a top...with 350,000 on it. first vehicle I have ever had that would start at -10F with no hesitation at all.
