Out of a *really good* book I've got... American Racing Road racing in the 50s and 60s. Tom Burnside

The picture below from Sebring 1964. Caption reads:

"The great French champion, Rene Dreyfus, served as "Blue Flag Marshall" to help keep slower cars out of the way of the faster ones"

Perhaps that is the one you saw in the '63 footage. Unfortunately, there is nothing in this book about Sebring '63...
