Oil leak! 700

My '84 760 Turbo is leaking oil from the lower metal line that connects to the oil filter housing (the aluminum piece that the filter screws onto). I thoroughly cleaned the engine today to verify where the leak was. When I park the car, it leaves a small puddle of oil on the driveway. Does this metal line have a rubber O ring on it or something? The fitting is tight enough.

Thanks in advance.
Dave
