squeeling noise at take off with heater fan running 200

I was driving my 88 244 yesterday. I had the wipers, defroster and heater fan running. I found that when I was taking off from a stop, that I had terrbile sqeeling sound. I also found that if I turned off the fan motor, the noise would stop. Even with the fan on full speed, I did not have any squeling most of the time. This noise really only came on at takeing off from a light or stop sign. I really hope that it is just belt, but I'm not sure. Thanks for any information and happy bricking.
