I've reached the point of frustration and would like to know if my experience with John Parker's company is unique. Back on November 29 I sent payment for a set of sport springs from his company. Up to this point email response was quick and he assured me he would have a set available within a week.
"No problem. I should have springs next week.
$300 for a set of 4 ( only the fronts are progressives as we have found that
single rates springs work best in the rear )
I need your zipcode in order to compute shipping.
Payment can be by check, money order, Paypal, or COD with an additional
$7.50 COD fee.

That was on November 27th.
Communication continued until Nov 29th right up to the time I made payment. From that time I have emailed him 4 more times, the first confirming payment. No answer from John. My father also emailed him. No answer. Here on the brickboard I see he has been active. I am inviting John to account forhimself at this point. In excess of a month with no response after having taken my money is unacceptable.
I would also like to know if others have had the same experience. Is this an anomaly?
