Service Light 700 1988

Yeah, I was reading other post's similar to mine for diffent models and went straight down to my car to see if that was the case with the rubber plug, but unfortunately it was not. I also read for some of the others that it might be under the dash but i looked and still had no luck.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
