Checked and cleaned...still hard to cold start! 200 1990

My 90-244 (160K) is getting harder to start cold every morning. My college age son drives it. After it is warm it runs smooth as butter. I have cleaned the IAC valve, replaced all of the hoses for the flametrap (and the flametrap), cleaned the oil separator, cleaned the throttle body replacing the gasket. Replaced the intake manifold gasket and cleaned and inspected the air intake hose. I have done a preliminary check for vacuum leaks, although I guess I could use some hints there. I have checked the grounds. I put a good quality fuel injector cleaner through the system. I have checked on the fuel pump and everything is working fine there. It starts immediately after the first hard start in the morning.

It is really getting frustrating...

Thanks in advance for the help,

Don
