Cold start 140-160 1975

I agree about the B30 being a good engine. Almost indestructable.
I pulled the cold start injector and had my helper start the car: perfect! Nice cone shaped spray for about one second, then remained closed. When I pulled the wires to the valve, no spray at all.
I am starting to wonder if the other injectors are pulsing or just open. It is so hard to describe the slow rpm and loping, like only 3 cylinders are working and the garage filling up with blue smoke. My wife complains about the gas smell!
I still haven't cut open the wire harness under the dash where I guess one or more of the wires have melted. I hate worrking upside down with cold fingers and not much light.
Oh, well, it is Saturday, so I guess I need to dirty up my finger nails.
