R+R timing belt and cover 200

trying to replace the broken or stiped timing belt
did this once before on a b21t
but the b230/240gl 1987 has got me stuck on the cover removale
got the two in cover bolts and the top screw and the one bolt by the ext manafold
and I can pry the cover out about an inch or two but can't find the other bolt or whatever is holding the cover on WHERE IS IT???
do I need to remove something else like the waterpump drive pully ??

and how does the lower bit of the cover come off??

btw I would have tryed search first BUT I get an error message
