I know I should be checking the archives, but I'm in a bit of a hurry. I need to replace the shift console cover & indicator light bulb. How does one remove the shift lever knob, or otherwise make it possible to install a new shift console cover? Pry out the overdrive button? Then....? Many thanks in advance.
