Trans: to flush or not to flush 700

I gotta hear your explaination why it would take an extra 28 quarts to clear the system without dropping the pan first. It can't be because there is a resevoir of dirty oil that remains untouched by the fluid actually flowing through the system. Not unless AW engineers were too dumb to have fluid pumped in one side and out the other.

I have seen the fluid coming out change from brown to pink in the outlet hose after 13 or so quarts. No, then the fluid did not show dirty again in a few days or weeks either.
