Running rich; New O2, ECT, ECU... what else? 200

Had drivability problems previously, apparently NOT ONLY connected to running rich. A new (used) 951 ECU fixed the one problem(extremely poor drivability for 1 minute when warm and re-start). Also new O2, ECT, going outside (38 degrees-not bad) to clean and check IAC now. On second set of plugs since ECU swap, I think it's more than just resetting itself to new ECU (was previously idling bad also). I will check for any air leaks but didn't see any obvious ones and where to check? Thanks.
