How to wire up an oil pressure sender?? 200

Am trying to install an oil pressure sending unit onto the engine block and the guage on the dash. I will replace the small clock on the side of the instrument panel with the guage.

the sending unit has 2 connections marked "G" and "WK". Small spade to the "G" and large spade to the "WK".

Does "G" mean 'green' or 'ground'? The guage has a green wire that is supposed to be connected to the sending unit, I know that from the markings that the supplier had on it.

Anybody done this before?

Gracias,
el raidman
