One more cone bushing question. 900 1995

The brake vibration on my car is driving me nuts. I've turned and changed rotors repeatedly, changed ball joints, changed radius arm bushings, replaced the entire steering unit (it was leaking anyway), and most recently have put on four brand new rotors (front brembo's) to no avail. I don't get a vibration with light braking but I sure do if I brake hard. Also, when about to come to a halt the car has a "loping" which is characteristic of a very warped rotor or as one might experience with a warped brake drum on a vehicle with rear drum brakes. So a question, EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF VIBRATION IS EXPECTED WITH WORN CONE BUSHINGS?

I'm not at all certain that the radius arm cone bushings I replaced were of the new design. That is the crux of my question(s) today. I have heard that there are different length radius arms and wonder if I were to replace the cone bushings again this time with the "updated" or with the urethane bushings WOULD I ALSO HAVE TO REPLACE THE ARMS WITH A DIFFERENT LENGTH? Also, the local shop mentioned something about recommending "gel filled" cone bushings which I see no reference to on any of the usual part shop websites. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF THESE?
