I swear it sound like the swaybar links aren't tightened down like they should be. They can be a little awkward. May want to try the back shock mounts also, sometimes sounds will fool you from where they are coming. I replaced the bolts on the lower mounts for the rear shocks because they were so short the easily stripped their threads when reinstalling. May want to check that also.
