1989 Volvo740 GLE 16Valve B234f Vacuum Diagram? 700 1989

Question 1. Purchased this car with 186k. In processing of fixing after years of neglect. Found a suspected vacuum line comming from firewall on engine side about directly behind intake and just below. It is very thin hard plastic about 1/8" dia. Cannot figure where it goes??? To or from???

Question 2. There is no diagram under hood in engine compartment. Is there any place to download the complete vacuum diagram of all vacuum lines?

Chilton/Haynes does not cover this car very well.

Fixes made so far:
1. Transmission mount was totally deterioted. Was resting on frame. Replaced
2. repaired bad connection on right rear tail light assembly
replaced all brake pads front and rear.
3. replaced two front cam seals. They spun arround in there housing.
4. properly reinstalled the power steering pump. it was just hanging there and its pulley was rubbing the a/c compressor pulley.
5. replaced spark plugs
6. replaced the radiator filler cap on exspansion tank.
7. replaced rear shocks

Things still to fix:
1. Leaking radiator on end cap solder joints
2. need driver door speaker cover and some mounting gromets
3. Timming belt covers are in terrible shape.
4. need to replace front struts and get new dust shields
5.
