The latest Project 120-130 1964

I would tend to agree with Mike. You are probably looking at close to $4K for a quality job. If it is more than surface rust you may want to have it cut out and new steel welded in place. I have a 67 that was repainted over a year ago and I am very pleased. Whatever you do, don't skimp on the paint. There are new polyurethane paints and clear coats that are pricy, but you don't need to put down as many coats as in the old days and they look incredible. I am told they will last much longer too.
Good luck,
Allen Turner
