Regina problems 700 1990

Fault code 221 in the Regina green book is listed as "lamba sond (o2 sensor) not operating". Recommended diagnostic steps per book are checking anything that would send the mixture to far lean or rich; air leaks, problems with throttle housing or tps, checking fuel pressure at the rail for problems with pump or fpr.
Also a check of the o2 sensor would be prudent. Heater resistance should be approx 3 ohms @68 degreesF, and 13 ohms @ 660F. Hot temp achieved on idle with hot engine. The signal can be checked, but it is difficult to say what the reading would be not knowing what type of meter is used. Some meters will just show a constant reading ( around.4-.5 volt), and some will show the voltage swings. Also check the signal ground as per previous post.
