engine belt squeels when heater fan is turned on? 200 1986

One of the belts will make a lot of noise in cold or wet weather especially when I turn on the defroster/heater fan. I 'assume' that means I need to replace the alternator belts, but is this possibly a symptom of something else?

I bought all the belts (4, except the timing) to replace. The guys at RPR said that it may also be some bushings at the bearings causing the noise?

If I am replaceing the belts should I replace the timing belt also? I've put about 25,000 on the car w/ no record of PO maintenance.

I ask cause I regularly drive 300 miles into the mountains (in snow) and don't fancy getting stuck.

Any thoughts or advice are appreciated.
