turbo to wategate hose fitting leak 700

!989 740T auto w /Garrett wc turbo: the turbo has a plastic elbow for the turbo to wastegate hose, on the turbo end. it leaks- again, I tried some high temp silicone, but that didn't work for very long. What can I do to fix the leak? Is there a metal fitting that I can ut in without having to pull the turbo?
