Spare Tire Bodywork Repair 140-160

Will be replacing rot in the spare tire wells of my '69 144s soon and am looking for suitable good metal to either patch in where the rust is small, or to replace the entire well on one side.

140's are not plentiful in my favorite junkyards.

Anyone know if the spare tire wells from a 240 fit a 140?

Also, what is the sheet metal thickness, guage, etc. on a 140?
