Well, engine mounts would be the initial diagnosis. My 1972 145 has a bad mount and the engine jumped around so much that it disconnected a rather important wire on the distributor. The mounts didn't look too bad to me back then, but I was not as mechanically inclined as I am now. New mounts fixed the problem.

With B18s and B20s, the engine will vibrate quite a bit if the lifters are really far out of spec. mis-adjusted lifters could be a cause. There are other more serious problems that might relate to the flywheel, or crankshaft, but I'd check your lifters and mounts before getting overly concerned. Even a poorly adjusted engine should not "buck" around too much with a set of good mounts...
