Brakes - disc 120-130

Does anyone out there know of a reliable source for the older style Girling 3 piston brake calipers? They seem to be falling off the lists of all the usual parts supply houses. The 4 piston calipers for the later 1800s and the 140 series aren't (yet) a problem, but the earlier ones seem to be scarce. The big problem for me is that any car that has reached a mature age, and hasn't been driven a whole lot tends to develop rusty pistons, which make them worthless. New pistons, if I can even find them, will probably cost as much as completely rebuilt, and loaded (w/ pads) calipers used to. Suggestions?
