cold running 760 turbo 700

Don`t know what happened to my last post, it disappeared.
I have got my 760 running great when warm, after standing 9months, blowing up on motorway,etc, etc, and engine rebuild.(but) this cold weather she is a swine, untill fully warm. Starts in two turns of starter,runs a bit noisey for a minute. then starts her revving up and down for a few minutes. if it is attempted to drive, she jerks back and forth, almost like petrol starvation and sometimes 20mph is all that can be achieved.
I have replaced injecter rubbers, FPR, cleaned air control valve, cleaned throttle body, and changed thermostat.(stuck wide open) and temp gauge to computer.
What else is left (fuel filter maybe) What do you think Peter.!!!!! I am now at a loss. and has I say only when cold. M/Way mileage is around 27/30 if kept sensible. but town mileage is a differant story.
Anybody got any ideas. I will try anything.
