Electrical haywire 200 1993

My 1993 240 sedan has gone nuts on me and I don't know what to do about it. These things all started about the same time. First of all when I start the car, sometimes the SRS lights up on the instrument panel and then my stereo won't come on. If i bump the ignition back a little then the light goes out and the stereo fires up. My power windows won't work, and I can't move the gear shift lever out of park without manually releasing it by pushing the shift release button. Also the rear defroster won't come on and the orange arrow OD light on the instrument panel is lit which means that the transmission won't shift into fourth gear either. I've read all about the OD problems on previous posts but think that this is somehow related to all the other problems as well. I'm wondering if all of these electrical issues are somehow related to the ignition switch. Does anyone have any idea for me? I've checked the fuses and none were burnt but I went ahead and replaced the appropriate ones anyway; still no help. I've checked the transmission fluid as well with no results. I'm at a loss as to what to do next because of the number of things gone wrong seemingly at the same time. Help!!
