Maybe Not AMM Question 700

so..theres more to my story from before "AMM Question". I'm not thinking it has to do with the amm anymore..is it possible its the TPS. i start it up and like i said before i disconnect the iac or the amm and idle returns to normal even when i connect them again..so i back out of the garage and the idle is at 2000 again. i try disconnecting the iac and nothing happens idle stays high, same with the AMM. I was going to clean the throttle body but decided not to, i may have disconnected the tps i don't remember but it is connected now, is it possible i damaged it when/ if i took the electrical connector off? In gear it sits at 1100-1200 put it in nuetral it jumps to 2000. What the hell did i do?
