Tune up parts 700 vs 200

Just looking in FCP GROTON this morning

WHat is magical about the 700 basic Ignition Cap that it is $40.00 as compared to the $4.60 Cap of the 200? Part # 03215 and 03010

I thought that these engines are basically the same. These Tune up parts ( except for the common plugs) do seem very pricey.
