Wet Driver's Side Floor 200 1989

My 240 DL wagon is in great shape body-wise, however I have been storing it outside this winter. When it rains, the floor gets wet driver's side. I assumed that the windshield seal was gone, so I took it to an auto glass company. THey told me the seal was fine--that the water is not coming in through the seal. Any ideas where I can look further?
