A Volvo Hearse ? Its For Sale On E Bay ..... 200

Strange. Very strange. There is currently a 1978 Volvo 245 hearse up for sale on E Bay. Item # 4606316677 . It is in Sweden. Due to competition between local funeral homes it is only for sale outside of Sweden. Anyone here know anything about Volvo making a hearse version ? Maybe it was Swedish only ? Or a limited edition ? I am "dying" to find out more info.
